Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To start a return:

  1. Contact customer service or download and complete the
  2. Email the form to sales@medicalwholesale.com or fax it to (210) 366-1250.
  3. Wait for approval and instructions. Restocking or freight fees may apply.

Important:

  • All returns must be approved.
  • Cold-chain and special order items are non-returnable.
  • Damages or shortages must be reported within 3 business days.
